B and 2B Pencil sketch.

Doing this reminded me why it's worthwhile to ink..cleaning up was a pain...:slamhead:
I need to buy some darker pencils..all my 4B and 6Bs have been reduced to about an inch in length and hence are no longer useable..^^; Don't know why I hang onto them..:shrug:

Anyway this is a reference for my OC Sanai... it's been a long time since I drew the original pic of her..but she's kinda grown on me since..

Wow, she's looking great ^_^

Nice refinement of the character all round, and awesome to see a female from you too! I love her outfit, what kinda setting do you see her being in? Desert? I like the contrast of the militaristic top and the fairly informal skirt and bare legs, looks really unique ^^

Sounds like an oddly fine-tuned comment, but she has really well drawn feet...I admire a well-drawn foot cos I am TEH LAME at feet.

I doubt she'd do well in the desert however..her feet would burn off. :lmao:
Really? I got lazy (count the toes..lol) Also..this is pretty much actual size..so it was getting tough keeping my lines thin enough..

I thought maybe she was a kinda nomad type, like she went barefoot everywhere and moved from place to place.

Well, it's as much the look and feel of feet as the accuracy I admire. They feel really...foot-like (that sounded less lame an explanation in my head xP)

Well when I draw other people's characters I don't really have a choice as to their gender..it's not really a conscious decision. :shrug:

Then she'll be a nomad, thanks! :dance:.. I don't have a backstory as yet..:blush:
